We shall also raise closure consultation issues at imminent meetings agreed between NASS representatives and the deputy ombudsmen from all three LGO areas to tease out what constitutes legal injustice and how “reasonable” might look in terms of statutory closure guidance. We shall press the significance of Mr. Justice Mann’s enforceable words vis á vis DfE words. He said nothing of mere regard to them.
