NASS has learned of a possibly helpful new diocesan initiative whereby diocesan schools, including any that are closed, may become individual, autonomous members of an over-arching diocesan academy. We await further news as the idea is still at an early stage of consideration. It could be rather practical for particular local contexts if significant closure pressures arise in the current constrained economic climate. We shall welcome further news from members across the country.
